At a product level, the platform centralizes operations previously scattered across Excel, WhatsApp, and isolated systems, achieving full traceability and regulatory compliance control. Its architecture implements Node.js microservices, SQL Server as the transactional engine, and containerization with Docker orchestrated through Azure DevOps pipelines. Queues were used to decouple services and ensure resilience during GPS tracking peaks. The frontend was developed in React with a scalable design and reusable components for multiple modules. Azure infrastructure was defined with a strong security approach, role-based access (RBAC), and automated environment deployments.

This application was created as the primary solution for residents’ experience within private complexes managed by Cobalto. It allows managing access, generating QR codes, registering visitors, receiving condo notifications, and managing housing information. At a product level, it replaces manual processes and improves communication with security staff. Its architecture was designed modularly, using React Native with TypeScript, secure storage, advanced navigation handling, and authentication flows. The system integrated with backend services through REST APIs and WebSockets for real-time events. A complete design system was defined in Figma, including reusable components and scalable visual guidelines.

Description

This chatbot was integrated into Forza’s ecosystem to assist operators and staff with instant information. It connects to OpenAI Assistant to process natural-language questions, allowing users to view unit statuses, routes, documents, and logistics processes. Its interaction flow was designed to resolve tasks without human intervention. Technically, it was built in Node.js using Baileys.js for direct WhatsApp communication. Adapters were created to connect AI responses with TMS internal APIs, applying permission validation, query sanitization, and operational logging. Description

I developed the complete ecommerce for Dilo con Flores along with the internal administrative system used by the company. The frontend allows customers to buy products, check availability, and receive notifications. The internal panel manages inventory, capital contributions, financial movements, statistics, and reports. The platform uses React for the frontend and Node.js with MySQL for the backend. Authentication flows, roles, downloadable reports, and an accounting module for managing contributions, withdrawals, and operational tracking were added.
